The enclosed files allow you to build a driver for your Zoomed Video PC-Card. Currently, ZoomedVideo is only supported on the PowerBook 3400 series and the 2400/c. You need to put the file PowerBook ZoomedVideo in the Extensions folder and reboot. This file contains the QuickTime video digitizer used to enable Zoomed Video. Make sure that you have version 1.1 or higher. (Note: Version 1.0 had a bug where it didn't support autoVersioning, so just installing a new digitizer with a higher version will not always work. You need to remove version 1.0 of the PowerBook ZoomedVideo file).
Debugging your driver:
You can use Metrowerks or the Power Macintosh Debugger to debug your driver. They both allow symbolic debugging. Use them, they save a lot of time.
Tip:
The enclosed "PCCard DispNameRegistry" will display the pertinent PC-card node names and their properties. The more general DisplayNameRegistry application will display all the node names.
